    Im not sure. It would have to be really small. The gap in my fitting is only about 1/8th inch I suppose you could install a small valve in the line and just crack it open. Mine just looks more clean is all.

    Ill do that. Mt Tahoe does not have an oil cooler. So ill try and get a radiator that does. This aluminum one does but I dont think im gonna be able to get it to work.

    The radiator is aftermarket. But had great reviews. I think you guys are onto something about the houses not routed correctly. Here in a few hours I'll go out there and rout them correctly. I'll keep you all updated.

    I have not, But i dont see how it could cause a problem. It heats up just fine and holds alot of pressure if i keep that tube plugged. Ill have it tested though. Ok ill see if i can get some better pics tomorrow.

    Yep, so my water pump is definitely not turning backwards. well, I'm out of ideas. I guess my last step is to take it to the dealer. Ive taken it to a couple local shops and they have no idea. Any other ideas guys? I might just leave that hose plugged permanently if i cant figure this out.
