    Oil leak from Oil Pan and Oil Pressure Relief Valve

    There is crank bearing position bolt above starter. It is known to loosen. It will leak oil like crazy. remove starter, remove bolt, clean bolt threads and block threads with brake cleaner, apply aviation form a gasket to threads, reinstall, torque to spec.

    Would not jump to conclusions. O ring on pump is very good possibility for oil pressure issue. That would also let you see debris in oil pan on magnet. If on magnet then it is metal. It is possible that previous lifter "fix" left crap in motor and that is now in pan. When changing "o" ring...

    Manifold bolts have tightening sequence and a torque value. You should not keep tightening willy nilly. Oil consumption linked to valve cover known issue.
