Throttle body relearn/high idle issues
It has 184k miles. It wasn't having any problems at all. I just seen throttle body had carbon build up. I took it off cleaned and put back on. That's when it started high idle. Everything else is normal- carter1982

Throttle body relearn/high idle issues
I've tried all of the relearn procedures I have found online. None of them worked. I even went to a mechanic and got them to do the relearn with their scanner tool. I put a new throttle body. Got them to relearn again, and my 09 tahoe is still having the same issue. High Idle- carter1982

Throttle body relearn/high idle issues
I'm having the high idle issue with my 2009 tahoe. I just cleaned throttle body put back on, and now when you goto take off it idles high until you stop for a few sec. Then idles down until you take off again. I have tried the reset on 3 minutes off 1. And the battery off and drove a ways and...- carter1982
