Run 0 gauge wire back to your amps. Use a distribution block to spit that into 2 sets of 4 gauge wires. Do this for positive and negative. They make distribution blocks that have both positive and negative sides that are fused. Just run one set of RCA wires from your head unit back to your amps...
But what is it? Does anyone know? Is it enough to power a JL 8W7? Another question. After I install an aftermarket head unit will the factory amp and sub still be used or would it be pointless to put a JL 8W7 in the factory sub slot?
You will need an In Line Converter to splice into you factory sub wires. This will give you RCA plugs that you can use to plug into your amps. Here is a link to one that I have used in the past...
I think common would be a better word to describe it. Only because most people don't want to spend the money to do it right, or don't have the know how.
One of my fog light lens fell off so instead of replacing it with an OEM part I was hoping someone had a link to some aftermarket fog lights that will fit in my factory spot. I am actually looking for a type of projector housing if possible because I want to upgrade to HID's.
Thanks,
Bruce
