p0178 code after engine swap
I have not ran e85 in it at all. When I switched engines I used the pcm I had. Drove it perfectly fine for about 4 months and then it started to get rough idle every once in awhile and could smell fuel like it's running rich. Then one night it just shut off on us while driving. I have a 03 suburban that had the 5.3 in it. The motor blew and i had a 4.8 at the shop that i put in it. now the 5.3 was set up for flex fuel and i didnt care to have it so i kept the 4.8 as it was without flex fuel. after driving for couple months im starting to get rough idle, engine stalling...- brads0813
