    I’m beginning to think it is the tires. I rotated them yesterday and the vibration is gone until I get to about 82-83 MPH. But then you can feel it in the back end. The tires are Bridgestone’s and have probably around 30k miles on them.

    I have the same problem with my 2016 Yukon with 22” factory wheels. Road force balance did nothing to help. Still trying to figure it out. Starts around 77-78 MPH and gets worse from there.

    2016 Yukon Transmission Shudder

    Got my Yukon back after about a week and a half at transmission shop. Total cost was around $6,300 for a complete rebuild with several upgraded parts and a HD TC. Got a couple hundred miles on it and it feels great. Also ordered a Range AFM disabler which will be here in a couple days.

    Mine had 103k. No towing and 80% highway miles. Sad we have to go through this. My rebuild is costing $6k with several upgrades and 18 month, 18k mile warranty. Pretty big unexpected expense.

    I’ll find all that out tomorrow, thank you. Just wondering at this point if going with a new or reman trans would be a better option. Guess that will largely depend on what the shop will offer for a warranty. Thanks again!

    So the shop just called. I won’t have time to get over there until tomorrow for them to explain everything to me. But they are saying the torque converter is the issue, but that the entire transmission needs to be rebuilt. $5,800 or $6,025 with heavy duty TC. Ouch. Should I get another opinion...

    6L80 trans T/C failure took out 5/6 gear @93k miles 2019 Suburban 4x4

    I’m about to bring my 2016 Yukon with 103k in for a probable TC failure. Pretty frustrating to deal with this expense since it’s 90% highway miles. It also has the wobble at 75 MPH plus which I think is the driveshaft.
