Check your fuel trims. If you can’t then disconnect the two hoses that goes from valve covers to the air intake. Clear the code and drive to see if it comes on, if it doesn’t then it’s your high pressure fuel pump located under the intake
They flashed the module and was able to finally inspect and pass inspection but the damn light came back on Thursday night still with the 430 code. I tried some things with my scan tool since I updated some of the software on it. We shall see if what I did worked or not in a few days

Thanks for the reply, yea a friend of mine told me that but I wasn’t sure if there was some type of update. Thats the only thing I hate about this Tahoe, other then that I love it and she’s a beast in the snow! I wish I was able to get apple car play on my Tahoe.
