    unsure. I'm more worried about the "programming" part regarding the key and security of starting the vehicle. Do not think the police department have any help here, but proof of ownership is something I can get from local authorities.

    Yes, thinking of opening it up to see but a camera was not a bad idea. Ac is working. Passenger side is cold but driver side remains hot when both sides are 16 Celsius (as low as it goes).
