    Spring isolators

Anybody have any ideas on where I can get coil spring isolators or any suggestions of what I can put on the spring so it doesn't squeak? I don't really want to raise the rear any, but it's starting to get annoying everytime I hit a bump the rear springs squeak.

    aftermarket gauge location

Yea, looks like I'm going to have to fab something up myself to make it work. That pod that kdawg posted would work great if I could find a place that made one like that. Maybe I'll just try and get another trim piece and fiberglass one up myself. Thanks for the idea.

    aftermarket gauge location

Anybody using a boost gauge or any other gauges in a NNBS? Looking for ideas as to where to mount them. I thought about the A pillar, but the air bag is there, so didn't think that was such a good idea in case of a crash. I have a boost gauge that I want to install, but don't know where to...

    Tire pressure sensor system warning

The way it was explained to me is that, yes they sense tire pressure, but will only give the alarm if the tire pressures are not the same. If they are all reading 0-1psi in your glove box you shouldn't get the light or chime. The system doesn't know the psi you're running, just the differences...

    factory amp help

You will have to take the bypass out. Factory head units usually are not made to work without an amp, so that's why you are not getting much sound. I'm not sure how they hooked up your aftermarket amp and sub, did they run all new wiring or did they use the factory wiring? If they ran new...

    Sound Deadening Mat

    Amp??

I have 2 JL Audio 10w3v3's that are pretty much brand new, I had them in my old car for about 2 months before trading it in. I had a JL 500/1(sold) on them then, but it didn't seem to push the subs like it should. JL recommends 300w rms for optimum output for the speakers. Any body here have...

    TPMS valve stems

Thanks, I'll check out discount tire. There are a few here, but the closest one is about 2 hours away. Guess I'll give them a call and see what they advise before I drive up there.

    TPMS valve stems

I had my TPMS replaced about a month ago, and ever since it was done my 2 driver side tires have been leaking air around the valve stem. I finally got around to taking into a shop to have them fixed, since the Chevy dealership here can't fix them because of the size of the rim. Anyway, long...

    Rear end rebuild/upgrade

I posted some pics in my garage. Don't have the dyno chart for the truck, but I'm going to a dyno day next weekend if all goes as planned. I'll post up the chart then.

    driveline alignment

Did a little research on the powertrax, and it sounds like it might be worth the money. I'm pretty sure I've already got like a 2400 stall, you think I need to move to a 3000? How is the streetability of the powertrax from your standpoint? This truck is my daily driver.

    driveline alignment

As in rear set up, you mean what kind of springs or whatnot? If so, it's just whatever springs came with the McGaughys kit. Although the tech at the shop did say the springs where installed wrong. Didn't know you could install a spring wrong, unless it was upside down. The 4.10's were...

    driveline alignment

I just got off the phone with the Chevy dealership who is fixing my rear end. The service rep told me my spiders gears wear worn out due to my driveline being out of alignment because the truck was lowered. I've heard of it from lifted a truck, but not from lowering it. If this is true, is...
