BREAKING: GM is officially recalling the L87

Well, she did begin her career in the HR field so that explains her ability to tap dance and say nothing. Not all HR executives are like that but she seems to have developed that ability.

Not necessarily true. Take a look at my posting exchange (#289) with jfoj along with his previous posts.

BREAKING: GM is officially recalling the L87

Luckily we do have a heated garage which I keep at 40 degrees. I used those silicon pads on my kid's cars while they lived at home with good results. Before I retired my work place had power outlets at every parking space which were well used by everyone. We've got the mfr engine block heater...

BREAKING: GM is officially recalling the L87

For those of us who live in cold climates what's your advice? I'm in a small northern MN community, on the Canadian border, with temps averaging below freezing for nearly six months of the year.

BREAKING: GM is officially recalling the L87

This is a great thread. Like others I called my dealer and they aren't informed yet but took down my name since I had the recall notice on the app. Dang, had a 2015 XL Denali with the 6.2L that had 180k on it that we sold/gave to our son and his family when they had their 3rd child. Loved...

    Owners Manuals

I had the same question when we picked up our '24 Denali a couple weeks ago. Told they have stopped producing hard copies and just provide them on-line in the infotainment system, GMC app and owners page at GMC.com. I've downloaded pdf copies to my MacBook, iPhone and iPad, easy to search for...

    2025 yukon debut and predictions

These new pics are helping solidify our leaning to stay with the GMC product to replace our '15 XL Denali. Looking forward to seeing some clear interior pics along with other trim levels as well.

    2025 Order Guide Availability

Now that GM Authority has said production is scheduled to begin Oct 7, 2024; anyone have any idea when the Order Guide would be published? Even a rough estimate of typically how long before would be helpful. Spouse is ready to get her new Denali on order to replace the 2015 Denali as soon as...

    2025 Yukon refresh

Been waiting for specifics on the '25 before deciding what to replace our '15 Denali with. It's my wife's daily vehicle and our preferred long-trip ride if taking family and luggage so she get's a strong vote and isn't keen on what we are seeing. Been hoping for a dash design similar to what's...

    "Service 4WD" - Master Thread

Wife had the "service 4WD" show up this evening as she started up and backed out of garage. She pushed the "reset" check mark and said it went away but didn't tell me about till after we left it at tire dealer to switch from winter to summer tires first thing tomorrow. We've got about 128k...

    2015 Yukon xl electrical issue

Well, picked up a new Interstate battery and installed it this morning. That was the solution, cranked up immediately. Garage was surprised we had no warning with slow starting, clicking, etc. Oh well, wife is happy and that's what matters.

    2015 Yukon xl electrical issue

Did you find a solution? We may have a similar issue. Went out to start ours in the garage and the running boards didn't open, no interior lights, no dash, etc. No clicking, no cranking... absolutely no electrical power. Tried both my jump starters that were fully charged with no impact...

Delivered to dealer - and missing?

I was a young Army 2LT and ordered a '78 Pontiac base Grand Prix while stationed at Ft Hood, TX. As typical for an Armor officer we spent a great deal of time in the field and I wasn't able to get to the dealer for a couple of weeks after the car was due in. Stopped by several times over the...
