I next added the power from the tail light, using the solder heat shrink connections (red+green, black+black):
Then I went back to the liftgate and attached all connections to the power converter and wiring to the camera signal:

I ran the RCA cable through the door seals and headliners along the passenger side of the vehicle.
I pulled the plastics off by the rear liftgate, both inside the vehicle and door side to expose where to run the cables through the grommet.
