    I tow anywhere from 6,000 -10,000 lb trailers on a weekly and some times daily basis.     I got the pcm istalled today and took it for a quick drive test. The AIR and EGR readiness tests are complete, but I am now waiting on the Cat and the Evap tests to complete. Both of those tests completed just fine before so I am thinking that some more driving this evening will complete them...

    I Installed the new oxygen sensor in bank 1 position 1. The voltage readings Now match bank 2 sensor 1. I pulled the EGR valve, and replaced it with a new one. I had a buddy stop by with a snap on scan tool. First we preformed the drive cycle test. No luck, the air and EGR still were incomplete...

    I checked the flow at the valve. I will check the flow at the check valves on the headers. I re checked it and the voltage is much higher at bank 1 sensor 1 than bank 2 sensor 1.     Well I ran it through the drive cycle this evening. No luck. Yea, Effective may 4 and I went down on the 10th for a smog test....... I will pull the hose and see if it is pushing any air. If it is moving air, where do I go from here?
