    My 2003 tahoe has a strange issue that has stumped me. When sitting in traffic with the AC on, the temp creeps past 190/210 all the way up to around 230+ At that point if i turn the AC off and turn the heat on it cools back down. It will consistently overheat in traffic with the AC on though...

    On my 2003 tahoe I just did the ddm HID fog lights in brand new housings. The bulb did not hit but it is VERY close. Is it possible the bulb holder for the lows and the fogs is different maybe causing the bulb to sit deeper? You could always do like NoPh33r said and just slide a pen or something...

    A lot of places around here (small town) won't deal with you if you don't buy from them. One shop sells Avital stuff, which he said was made by DEI. If i can't find a better solution, I may have to go that route.
