I'd find a local machine shop to do the work.. personally I've used TSP over the years for corvette and other platforms and never cared for their products...- 5280Racer

Very easy to do... if you don't plan on any crazy rock bouncing I'd find a dana 44 or 50 driver side drop... bracket would be a couple hundred coilovers would be 1200 or less.. track bar and steering roughly $500 or less. I weld and fab so I don't pay as much as most and its my time... but...- 5280Racer

Totally agree.. I want her to have the ability to hit a switch and know all 4 are gunna spin to get her out of anything..- 5280Racer

I agree... If I do an SAS swap I'll use Eaton E Lockers.. Not sure they do make one for the 8.5 rear but nothing for the front.. still not sure what I wanna do..- 5280Racer

Well it's my wife's daily driver... And I want her to have good control if she was to ever be stuck anywhere.. I ran a shaved 14 bolt on TJ rock crawler.. I have the new Mopar Ultimate 60's for my JK Unlimited... I wanna lift her tahoe as well but the options are so horrible and expensive.. I...- 5280Racer

Just curious.. I haven't seen anything available for the 8.25 IFS front we have in the Tahoe's.. found ARB and Eaton for the rear 10 bolt..- 5280Racer

Anyone is SO OR that has a hand held tuner???
My wife has a Superchips Cortex on her tahoe.. you can adjust shift pressures.. but mine also done from building the trans and valve body.. but back when it was stock it was a noticeable difference she hated driving it stock.. Tahoe are so underpowered it helps a little bit.- 5280Racer

Looking to lift my wife's Tahoe
The only thing I don't like about the bullet proof kit is the upper citron arms are dropped... I feel that could be a weak link and not safe... thats why I would prefer a knuckle lift.. then use the pro comp rear parts them make some of my own control arms ..- 5280Racer
