Key fob won't relearn
I bet it was just the harness plug at the dash fuse panel. Mine was doing same thing. They said it was bad receiver for fob signal. I pulled the wire harnesses on inside fuse box, plugged them back in, and it started working.- 3rdCoastElectronx

Key fob won't relearn
Problem: Tahoe displays “Key Fob Programming Mode”, but won’t go into Active Programming Mode when check mark icon is pressed. The display flashes and goes straight back to same message.
