Got my new CCFL housing with HID and angel eyes/Halo installed two weeks ago. And now one of the halos ain’t working! :(
Guess I bought the crappy ones from Ebay.
Anybody got any solution or suggestions?
I think these angel eyes are cool, but which ones should I get?

These are the ones I bought:

I am gonna check the wiring tomorrow, but when I installed these, I made a pretty good job making sure the wiring was solid.

I have the same ones and they also gave me problems with the halo's at first. Is it both halos on the light or just one? I emailed the seller when I had the problem and he sent me new ballasts. Haven't had any problems with the halos since then, but the leds on the edge keep burning out so I eliminated them.

Just one of the halos on one light. And one of those two LEDs on the same housing went black. I can do without the LEDs, but the halos would I like to have.
So the ballast is the problem you think?

Yea, I had the same problem when I first got em on both headlights. Emailed the seller and he sent me 2 new ballasts. Didn't put them in right away and they started working fine again after a little while. Had 1 set go out completely after about 3 months and replaced the one ballast at that time, but they haven't really given me much problem since. I would definitely seal them better with some silicone though, moisture started to build up in my bumper lights.

Ok. The one halo quit working after I washed my car. And at the same time the one LED.
So how should I seal them up? It is the housing you mean that should be sealed?
Thanks by the way! :)

Oracle only makes them for 07+ trucks, would probably have to be retrofitted for NBS trucks.

Replace the ballast or give it some time to see if it starts working again like mine did. Is it completely out? Or is it very dim? Mine looked like it was out, but at night I could see a very faint glow.

I have the same ones in chrome. Never had a problem with leds or ccfl's. Because I have the ccfls tapped into my parking lights, I do notice sometimes when I deactivate my alarm that only one halo on each housing is lighting up fully and the other two barely light up. This is due to the ballasts not getting the full 12 volts to operate so make sure you have 12 volts going to each ballast. If not, a relay might solve this issue but it sounds like a ballast problem like Phantomx55 stated.

I had ccfl on my Cobalt. What I noticed is that the ones that appear to be out actually just need to warm up. Does it appear to be working after it has been on for 15-20 minutes?

They shouldn't need 15-20 minutes to warm up.

Oracle can make them, but in my opinion arent the best, lots of bad reviews on workman ship, but thats whole headlight. And yes they can make thier oracle led halos for our year, (NBS) as i have inquired it, and for $400 bucks they will, i dont think so, WAAYY to much for a light. They arent that good.

I still have to try and see if they work after 15-20 min. :)

But this is how it looks now:
