Looks like someone cut off the top half of a grill guard then welded on a light bar like this one:

I found it on cardomain, it's a great place for finding ideas. I asked the guy who owns it where the bumper came from (still waiting for a response). I'm pretty sure he has these on it too http://www.streetbeatcustoms.com/Custom/Headlights/Titanium-Headlights/535732/

Thats a custom bully bar...notice the weld spots and its connected either to the front bumper or has a 4x4 mount on the front

thats a bottom half off a guard like mine. looks identical other than the rubber strips aren't on the front anymore.

one sick looking bar though...

Dang i was hoping a company made it, because it sure looks good. Would be kind of expensive to make because you have to by a brush guard and a light bar....well i guess if you knew what you were doin you could make that top part.

Almost like it. The horizontal tube does not go down when it goes into the 2 uprights.
