What can I replace my 6 disc slave unit with?

Looking to remove the 6 disc slave unit in the center console of my 2003 escalade and replace it with some kind of pocket. Does anybody know if I can get the pocket out of a denali or escalade w/o 6 disk changer and just drop it in? I am looking to mount my media player in it's place?

Thats a nice find, thanks. I wonder if it would fit my 2003 tho since the list compatibility stopping at 2002.

I've never seen an escalade without the 6 disk but I think the denali has an option for a pocket in this spot. There must be a GM part number for that denali bin.

I just received one from that seller and it is at least an inch too narrow for the slot where the CD player went. Looks like it was meant to replace a tape deck maybe.

Looks like that would fit the slave for OBS. The slave I had in my 96 was narrower than the 6 disk in my 05 Denali.
