Wanting Opinions

Ok, I sold my old sub set up (2 qpower deluxe and Kenwwod 7204). Im looking at the Power acoustik PEN-12 adn BAMF 2000/1d. My budget is around $300.00 for now. Im wanting a system with a little more boom to it than my old. Any opinions on the set up im looking at or what I should get? I also am putting them in a ported box. Thanks in advance
