Want to Lower Rear 1 - 2 inches

Have an '07 Tahoe LT RWD. I've been looking at Eibach 2 inch lowering springs, but would prefer a more subtle look to compliment my 22 x 10 inch Chevy SS wheels on 305/40R22 Goodyear Fortera SL's. I read somewhere that the Police Pursuit Tahoe is only 1 inch lower than standard Tahoe's and that I can just replace my rear springs with the Pursuit springs which is GM part #15200994. I would rather go with the only a 1 inch rear drop with genuine GM springs rather than aftermarket 2 inch, since I pull a boat. The local Chevy Dealer couldn't confirm this, so can anyone out there verify this for me? Any help would be much appreciated....Thanks!
