I recently took the Denali in for an oil change. I placed it in valet mode because I keep valuables in the console.
When it was finished I started the truck and it was out of valet mode.
How did this occur? They did nothing else to the truck other than oil change.
If there is a way for the dealership to reset valet mode, that kinda sucks.
