My Yukon and Tahoe both have the same fuses missing in the Fuse Box. Anyone else have these missing?

My 04's fusebox is not like yours, so no help here. Looked at your manual for fuse positions, or the underside of the fusebox lid?

The middle one says Air which is probably for a Air Pump which these trucks do not have. for some reason no fuses were ever installed. I went to a GM dealer and they had none of these fuses in stock.
