I have my 20"s TPM set to 35psi cold per the door tags

it was brutally cold this morning- about 18 degrees. I checked my TPM cold and they were 28 and 29. but not warning lights. I'm curious if anyone knows the threshold for the light to go on?

in my Lexus' the TPMS light would come on if 5 psi lower than recommended.
