Too big?

I found a set used Nitto Terra grapplers in 305/55/20. These too big of a tire for stock height?

Thats going to be a bit over 32in tall It wouldnt be impossible at stock height but expect some rubbing

a 305 is pretty wide and will drop your mileage considerably over stock tires

Unless its a killer deal I would pass and wait for a more appropriate size

Yeah I thinking it would rub.. and Im not ready to do some trim or crank the t-bars. Not too bad of a deal too, $80 for all 4.. the guy just needs some cash asap. Tread is ok, not bad, even wear on all 4.

I've ran a set of 305 55 20's at stock height and had minimal rubbing at full lock, or if I went up my driveway at an angle, and my gas mileage wasn't really affected.

My sig pic is with the 305 55's.

I say got for it, the price can't be beat.

I've got 305/50 20's and they occasionally rub on sharp turns on inclines. My keys are turned all the way up, too, so I'd assume the 305/55's would rub a fair amount at stock height.

That said, I agree with everyone else: For $80, who cares. Buy them anyway.
