stock cd player to stock screen swap ???

Can this be done, will it plug n play for my 03 esv??? Is there a sticky for this, or has anyone done it. I really don't care for the nav, just want the screen and cd player. But if its not hard for the nav to work maybe I do that to. What's needed for this. Thanks
