to me it sounds normal and I hear what appears to maybe be the electric fans? coming on near the end of the video

Its at like 0:03-0:05 & 0:07-0:08 weird merallic rattle like noise almost sounds like a heat shield rattle but i cant find anything loose

get a rubber mallet and smack around the cat shields, trans shield, exhuast manifold shield, and along the driveline gas tank shield
if it is a shield that's the way to find it.

Check the heat shield in front of the spare tire. The tab that holds it on the passenger side is known to break

I’ve had the heat shield near the trans cause metallic buzzing rattling before

Almost sounded like a power steering pump whine in the background as well. I heard it when the RPM's were slowing on the 2nd rev, and during increasing RPM's on the following 3rd rev.
