Silver trim around Tahoe Ac Vents ?

Silver trim around Tahoe Ac Vents ?
am I the only one that get annoyed at the Reflection in the outside mirrors,
because of the brushed silver trim around the RT and LT a/c vents ?
looking for wrap or or wood grain wrap to block the reflection in the outside mirrors ?

I find this very annoying too, can't believe engineers didn't realize this and make corrections already. I'm thinking about painting in flat black but can't figure out how to remove the trim so it can be painted. Did you get any help on this issue?
