Shudder at high rpms?

Shudder at high rpms and it's worse when it's cold out..any ideas?

Well it's hard to explain but it shudders or vibrates my console and everything and you can feel it under your feet on the passenger side.

I've been told it could possibly be the torque converter but not sure.
