Shock and spring replacement

I have a 2010 tahoe lt with just normal ride ....it has over 200,000 mile and I need to replace shocks and springs...i only use it for work so its only used on highways...I need recommendations... thanks in advance

I'm looking at doing the same, as a quick & dirty catch-up for my 2007 w/high miles. I am probably going to grab these:

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00498ZR7A/ - Moog Z71 replacements

Not the top quality (excepting the Moog springs), but quickly refreshes everything on a high-mileage vehicle. Then I can upgrade what stands out.

I'm sure others can improve on that, if you're looking for better components.

The OEM shocks and springs got you this far, so why not replace them with OEM parts?

It all really depends on your budget and what you want too accomplish. Do you want leveled out, stock rake etc. Etc.
