Has anyone had any luck fixing this issue? Most threads I have read seem to be that it goes away after a few ignition cycles. Mine does not, however if I pull the rear hatch cover off and unplug the camera, then plug it back in, it will work a few times.
I have also seen someone say updating the software worked for them. Is there any way to find out the latest software version to see if my truck is up to date?
No it is no longer under bumper to bumper warranty.
