Rear Climate Control Face Plate

I'm replacing my rear climate control 2009 Yukon.
How does the face plate remove to get to the control fasteners?
Figure it's clipped in. Don't want to start prying in the wrong place.

The one on the back of the center console? If so, the whole black plate pulls straight back and then the climate control is screwed to the face plate...
