I read 4.35 PSI on the torque app. Converted to inHg that is 8.8 A healthy engine should be between 17-22 Hg correct?

So do i have a vacuum leak here causing all my issues? Like I said my LTFT are 10.8 and 10.2 at idle then rise to 15.2 and 13.3 when I drive about 40-50 mph

So the vacuum leak is causing unmetered air and messing with the 02 sensors making the ECM put out more fuel.

What do you think?

Nevermind... this is all confusing to me.

The torque app gives 2 different readings one called "intake manifold pressure" and the other called "vacuum gauge"

The intake manifold pressure reads 28kpa at idle (i changed the unit of measure)

The vacuum gauge reads 21.7 in/Hg which is in range.

My MAF sensor reads 6.16 g/s which is in range.

So I'm thinking O2 sensor or EGR problem?

Have you looked at the O2 sensor graph on the Torque App? That may help to narrow it down. You may have a fuel pressure problem also since your vacuum is fine. May have a clogged fuel filter. Hopefully it's something simple.
