Any thoughts on putting a 6.2 factory exhaust system on a factory 5.3 Tahoe. Both 2015 stocks.
i may have this option for free but wondering the pros and cons.

For 5.3 unless your superchsrhing it it's overkill. Do my MagnaFlow replacement of come muffler you will be fine

No I don't but I've had yet to have one complaint saying it's to loud way I set it up

Beside it being Overkill. Will be a upgrade and improve sound, gas mileage. performance? or will it potential throw codes?

The main restrictuon is,muffler. Your better off swapping the main muffler on your own exhaust. Also the exit is 2.75 on your y pipe vs 3.5 on escalade you will need to weld and cut
