I purchased an extra PCM for my tune and is in my truck now. When I put the stock PCM back in would I have to do any security or crank relearns again? Same thing when I swap it back to the tuned PCM...will there be no need for any sort of relearn? Is it all pretty much plug and play at this point?

Both the crank relearn and security relearn need to be done only once
just be sure that key is not in the ignition when power is disconnected.
