Coil, cap/rotor, igntion box/harness/plugs at same time, wires. In that order if short on cash. If not all will cost you less then $500 from amazon to do all at once. More details?

FOR THE VORTEC L31:

Ignition:
6425

Coil:
8231

Spark Plug Wire Set:
32169

Harness:
8877

Cap/rotor:
8017

http://www.msdignition.com/uploadedFiles/MSDIgnitioncom/Products/Ignitions1/6425.pdf

Page 12 bottom half for hook up.

Change plugs to Autolite 605 copper cores set at .055 to .060. That is correct no platinum any more and check cap and plugs every year.

Most people mount the Control box in place of the under-hood reel light.

Note that they have a whole distributor if you just happen to need a new one but most don't. $220

Also note Box 6425 is the new one that has the one big connector plug in, diagnostic light and a programmable rev limiter.

Taking a breather for a sec.

And what does baffles have anything to do with racing? just keeps the oil off the PCV filter which is critical in the "blow by" system.

Most the of the "racing" covers don't have holes or the holes are unbaffled, you don't want to be sucking oil out of the block, just air.

Mmmmm Another reason I love my 95. I don't even have to remove my plug wires. LOL

Now this I find hard to believe ...

only cause you have to remove the whole ac bracket
