Newbie looking at a 2009 LTZ and seeking advice

So I went to this forum hoping for device.

I am looking for a second car and a family friend just bu chance mention he was selling his car

2009 tahoe LTZ
Original owner
No kids/pets
Car located on Long Island, no city miles
Gray with leather interior

The vehicle has 150,500 miles on it

He is making 10K

Looking for advice and concerns.
Hoping to use vehicle to Travel to Vermont weekends.

if he is the original owner then there should be maintenance records, those are always helpful to gauge anticipated repairs

I'd jump on that if I hadn't bought my 2009 Tahoe LTZ with more miles, abused by kids and dogs and slob owners for more money. No history with mine.
