The rack was killing me.LOL so I removed it today. Next is headlights- Ordered Depos of Amazon yesterday- should be here tomorrow. Heres the pics from today:

hadn't seen a pic of the nutserts(sp)...didnt know they poking up. the dirt!
Cleaned up...with some temporary panhead bolts...still looks tons better than the rack up there.

not really sure what I am doing next...24's are growing on my- as I had planned to go with 22's. I drive some less than pleasent roads.
But for today- I came home from running errands to 2 large boxes on the porch...
Hmmmm
was pleasantly surprised that they came with all new bulb..

old vs new
got the new lights mounted....the decided to pull off my bowtie and paint it black-
the gold was screwed up anyhow- dont think I can make it worse.LOL
Waiting on the paint to dry- then I am going to reinstall the fascia and post completed pics. 35* outside and light sleet off and on...it is nice sitting inside for a few.lol
EDIT: got it back together-

Now I just need to aim them...

dang- It has been a minute since I updated this.
Currantly- got my subs paid off, should be in this hitch off. Bought a Pioneer H/U(AVH-X5600) with all the install stuff, thought it would be here today, but not yet.
Last hitch I had some wood cut to start on my box, but ended up tossing it.(I let the Home Depot guy talk me into plywood- and it warped- gonna stick to mdf) so I haven't been very productive.LOL
Though after reading on here about using a heat gun to restore plastic trim- I jumped on that today. Heres some pictures...

It works-
Makes the factory bose stuff sound way better than before. But I can only turn it up to about 20...or it is overdriving the speakers. but that is fine with me until I install the rest of my system.

Guys it has been a minute. but i haven't give up on the Lanche. Got my wheels and tires on today. Also got my drop parts at the body shop my dad works at...they are gonna install the drop while i am at work this week. As soon as i get my laptop back up and running i'll add some pics!
