Metal Rattle Sound

I have a very annoying metal rattle coming from the rear passenger side(I think) of my truck, any idea what it could be?

Check your exhaust system, and hangars. Perhaps one of your rubber isolators failed.

when do you hear it all the time ? or only at specific times? IE: only while driving

I hear it driving over the smallest bumb/pothole

So I'd just check whether the rubber piece is broken or gone? Any specific places other than the tailpipe hanger?

Turned out to be "broken ebrake" inside right rear hub, all good now.
