If your budget will allow it I'd recommend Bilstein shocks in the correct length vs. using extenders. Your stock shocks are probably worn to hell anyway, might as well replace them. I went with Z71 springs (on my LT) and it gave me ~ 2" in the rear with no spacers, eBay keys up front. My total cost was just over $400 and about $320 of that was shocks (4 x Bilsteins @ ~ $81.00 each.) Did it in my garage with the help of a friend on a Saturday afternoon. These trucks are generally pretty easy to lift.

I run keys and cups under coils and have 20s in my picture that's a good start to get some better ground clearance for hunting a body lift would help,to and still cheaper than full suspension lift
