Yup already have. Tried a spare ecm also. Both plugs on ecm were bone dry. Pulled the tape and loom off and blew the dust out but no water. I'm still at a loss how water got in the fuse box and no where else but that's nature I guess.

there shouldn't be, the splash guard is right under it, the only logical way I know of is if it went underwater.
I drove mine thru this, no issue's

Just to wrap this up, it was the electronic suspension control module. It stunk like burnt electronics and after I unplugged it the truck started and ran normal again.

I cut the module open and found water inside the main power connection, INSIDE the module, and was shorted and burnt where the relay connects to the board.

The burnt resistor is one of the shock bypass resistors installed when the electronic shocks were removed by the previous owner.

And my new "end cap" to keep the water and shmoo out of the harness on the vehicle side.

Did the truck side connector have that green gasket inside? The one on my Yukon got jacked up and it wouldn't let the module plug in all the way so I had to remove it. I got to find a new one somewhere to prevent water from getting into the mod.
