Led flickering.

I have a quick question everybody, I have 68 smd leds for my drls and am wondering if resistors are going to help with the issue of some of the leds going off and some flickering. Any advice would be really appreciated.

No, this means they are burning out.

Resitors will only help if this has been a problem from the beginning.
