leaking water from barn door

I have a 99 tahoe 4 door with rear barn doors. I have water leaking into the rear of the truck from the driver side barn door. it seems to leak in from the lower part of the door where the door meets the weatherstripping. I replaced the entire outer weatherstripping about 2 months ago and did not have this problem after it was replaced. its almost like the bottom of the barn door is not making as much contact with the weatherstripping as it should. any suggestions on how to fix?

i have heard of guys pushing a rubber hose inside of the weather strip to keep it from closing the gap up as much when you close the door. may try that
