I am hoping to install a new blend door actuator on my 95 Tahoe. I have air coming from all locations, even though its all at the same time. Seems like there is no movement on that actuator, so I am planning to replace it.

When the motor is off, is there any way that the doors need to be set for them to work correctly? I am not entirely sure it was ever right since I bought the Tahoe.

Just wondered if anyone who has done this had any pointers...

Thanks,

Shawn

I just had an issue with my blend door on my rear heater. I bought the new actuator but when I went to re install it. I realized that the blend door it self was stuck. And didn't need to replace the actuator. Saved me $150. So make sure your blend doors move freely with the actuator off.
