install centre console on a Base model?

Hi Folks,

I recently picked up a Tahoe PPV.
I needed to fill the gap, and prefered the full centre console instead of the jumpseat, so I found a used denali console.

fits great and looks great.
but...
I don't have it hooked up to any wires.

at a minimum, I will need to figure out the power, so I can get the outlets working in it.

ideally it would be great if I could get soem more stuff functional.

Note this was the connector attached to the console
has anyone been through this before ?
