Hey I have a 2003 GMC Denali (Awd 6.0). It currently has completely stock brakes.

I bought the bigger rotors and the ‘07 tahoe calipers for the front.

My hydro boost is currently leaking.
Should I buy anther ‘03 hydro boost or can I swap in a 2011 hydro boost and master cylinder ?

If not a 2011 what other options do I have as far as a better hydro boost unit?

Also should I run all stainless steel lines while I have the whole brake system disconnected? I ordered new rubber hoses for the front.

TYIA.

Bonus content; I want to get a tune and change my exhaust. If I were to cut out the cats hypothetically; would this increase fuel mileage? How would I get the Check engine lights to turn off?

Don’t know much about the hydro boost, mine has the upgraded brakes up front and stainless lines and they have always worked fine. It does stop a little better then before. The hydro boost works fine.
Cutting the cats and getting a tune will make it much more responsive and really good highway driving. Your exhaust with stock mufflers will sound a lot better also. My 05 Denali has 2 pipes going in and 2 pipes coming out, I thought about swapping it out but after driving it I decided to leave it alone.
Good luck
