are pressure washers (quarter squirter at car wash) ripping into them and shredding them?

I used to scrub the plastic liners & spray them down with Tire Foam once a year to clean it up.

how do you clean the mud/grit out of the felt without tearing them apart?

Curious on what others have to say about this. Thought it was weird when I first saw the felt liner.

I use a spray washer at the car wash on mine all the time. No issues so far. Did the same for two years on my 2015 Tahoe and they were still in great shape when I gave it back to GM. Cleans them pretty well too.
