So my wifes denali when the vehicle is started with the remote start both bottom and back heat but as soon as you insert key and turn to the run position the light in door for bottom goes out and bottom shuts off. If I try to turn on bottom with switch nothing. Bothe the switch in door and bottom element in seat are new. Had a guy with a tech 2 check it out and he said there were no codes. Guys im at a loss of what to do next any help would be great

Thanks

I understand that you are experiencing an issue with the heated seats in your Yukon Denali, sandboxrocker. Since your post, were you able to resolve this issue? I might not be able to provide you any technical advice, but I would be happy to look into this concern for you. Please contact me via private message if I can be of any assistance.

I had an 08 Denali XL that someone had removed the seat heater switches from. They would heat up when started with remote and outside temp was low enough. Even without the interior switches. I replaced the inside door handle trim with some with the heater switches. Plug and play, or so I thought. Had to have the dealer program power to the seat heaters so they would work. You said the Tech2 showed no codes but if they aren't programmed to work they wouldn't show a fault. Just my experience.

Can't help you there. It cost me a C note at the dealer.

Did you ever find out what the issue was? Mine is doing the same exact thing. I have a 07 Yukon Denali.
