Looking at a 2011 Suburban LT w/o the heaters. Can I buy the kit 19159306, install it myself, and then just have the dealer do the programming?

Is the truck prewired for this? This is my main concern. If it isn't are the doors at least?

Where can I find instructions?

Im no expert with later models but most of the time every vehicle is prewired for them to cut down on assembly costs. Your seats will most likely have to be torn apart to install the heating elements and then you will have to have the controls installed. I don't think any programming is nessasary unless your trying to get them to cut on with a remote starter.

I think with the factory kit, you need the bcm reprogrammed.
