I have had a hard start for as long as I've owned my yukon so I always prime my engine by turning the key to the on position for a couple seconds to build fuel pressure.. Anyways I think it may be time to
change the fuel pressure regulator as I think it may be what is causing random stalls when the rpm is near idle.

How do I change the FPR, and where is it? Some research suggests I
Switch out the entire spider assembly for a "newer" design but I think mine works fine.

the regulator is mounted on the fuel body inside the intake system. but if you have the old injector body just change it. it will come with a new regulator attached. delco or delphi only.
