Front driver and pass. fan control not working

2005 Yukon Denali XL

The front fans speed controls have started being unresponsive. The display shows that the fans speed increase and decrease correctly, but the fans do not respond.

Sometimes I can get it to work if I mess around with the controls but only sometimes.
Air, defrost and heat still work. The control for floor or. Ends work, just not the speed.

Any ideas on what the problem might and how to fix it?

Okay now it seems I can on turn down the fan speed. It will randomly go to high is the speed setting is turned all the way up.

Looks like I can get the fan blowing if I have it set to high when I turn off the vehicle.
As soon as I change speeds it goes to the lowest setting.


Any help????

Fixed the issue.
Replaced the fan speed controlled and all is well.
